Who We Are

Launched as a limited company in 2007, covering Cleveland and County Durham, Bibi Special Occasions is a family run business. You can meet Claire the owner at wedding fayres she deals with enquiries and requests, takes you through the booking process and will be there on the day setting up for your wedding. Specialising in luxury products and high standards we transform venues into beautiful elegant settings for weddings and special occasions.

Our Prices

We keep our prices as low as possible, however as we have a high standard of service, supply luxury high quality goods and meticulously hand iron all cotton covers and organza sashes, we are not a cheap option.  Yet we endeavor to remain inexpensive for the exceptional level of service and goods for your special occasion. If you do manage to get a lower price quote for a similar quality product and service let us know and we will do our best to match it.

What We Can Do For You

As well as transforming your venue we do all of those finishing touches, from dressing the chairs and tables to perfectly placing favours and place names to scattering table confetti. By the time the big day comes around you will have done enough work, let us do the work at this crucial stage while you relax and prepare yourself for the big day.
