Who are the owners?

Bibi is a small family run business providing personal professional high quality wedding services. Claire who has a masters degree in design personally deals with and works on every wedding along with at least one assistant.

What does the fee include?

The hire of all goods, travel expenses, delivery, set up and hand ironing of all covers and sashes, undressing, collection and laundry. Basically everything is included and priced as per item, there are no extra costs.

How and when do we pay?

You can pay with cash, or a cheque made payable to Bibi Special Occasions Ltd. A £50 fee is required at the time of booking to secure and reserve your date. The remaining fee (the full amount) is due 4 weeks before the event, the £50 deposit is deducted from your final balance.

Will your covers fit our venues chairs?

The chair covers have been handmade to measure for various venues. If Bibi is unfamiliar with your venue we will visit it and make sure that we have the perfect chair covers before you book.

What do I have to do?

All the responsibility of dressing, undressing and liaising with your venue is down to us. You just have to fill in a booking form, and return it to us with your £50 deposit. We will send you a reminder letter when the final payment and refundable deposit are due. The booking process is very quick and straightforward.

Do you require a deposit on the goods hired?

A £50 refundable deposit is required 4 weeks before the event, this is a standard precaution for protection of our goods. If all Bibi goods are collected undamaged your full £50 deposit will be returned.

What is considered as damage?

Serious permanent marking such as candle wax, crayon, marker pens, major footprints, burns and rips etc. will be considered as damage and a replacement charge will be required. Minor food and drink stains and minor shoe damage around the bottom of the chair covers is acceptable.

Do you supply a range of colours in the sashes?

There is a wide range of colours in our stock if you would like to see any colour samples please just let us know and we will post them out to you.

How soon do you need to know the colour theme?

You can book and reserve your date without knowing these details. Just let us know as soon as possible, ideally we like to know 8 weeks before the event.

What if my numbers change at the last minute?

Bibi understand that things can change at the last minute, and just ask for as much notice as possible. If numbers need increasing or reducing at the last minute Bibi will be as flexible as possible.

Will you liaise with our venue?

Bibi are very familiar with many venues in the Cleveland and Country Durham area, once you have made your booking your venue will be contacted to make all necessary arrangements with them to ensure that all goes to plan.

What areas do you cover?

The focus is on the local area of Cleveland and County Durham, however a supplementary fuel charge can be made to travel further to cover this extra cost.
